On April 12, Old Craftsman participated in the 2019 Hengjie "Bamboo Farmers Descending the Mountain" Cultural-Tourism Festival, grandly launched in Hengjie Town, Haishu District. The festival showcased vibrant traditions such as the festive Horse Lantern Dance, bamboo craftsmanship as part of Intangible Cultural Heritage, and seasonal mountain delicacies like "Huangnigong" (locally cherished bamboo shoots). Handwoven bamboo products drew significant attention, with visitors expressing deep nostalgia for the ancestral craftsmanship preserved in these artifacts.

         At the exhibition, master inheritors of bamboo weaving techniques demonstrated the intricate process of transforming slender bamboo strips into functional and artistic products, inviting attendees to try their hand at this centuries-old craft.

       On April 27, the cultural event series continued with the "Bamboo Farmers in the City" Festival at Ningbo Drum Tower, where Old Craftsman again took part. Elderly visitors, upon seeing the woven items, reminisced about stories from their youth and the practical uses of such products in daily life, as if each piece rekindled memories of a bygone era.
