On the morning of April 14th, the 2019 China (Ningbo) Special Cultural Industry Expo concluded at the Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center. With the theme of "Building a Cultural Metropolis Circle," the main venue of this cultural expo was set at the Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center, featuring six major theme exhibition halls: "International Cultural and Creative Pavilion," "Urban Cultural and Creative Pavilion," "Pavilion for the Integration of Traditional Culture and Modern Life," "Cultural Bonded Trade and Art Design Pavilion," "Pavilion for the Integration of Culture, Technology, and Finance," and "Cultural Ningbo 2020 Theme Pavilion." The total exhibition area reached 40,000 square meters, with over 1,000 enterprises from more than 160 groups both domestically and internationally participating.

During the signing ceremony of school-enterprise cooperation between the expo and Ningbo University, the Pan Tianshou College of Art and Design signed agreements and awarded plaques with six enterprises, including Ningbo Huaye Fiber Technology Co., Ltd., Ningbo Kairong Furniture Co., Ltd., and Ningbo Gudong Creative Technology Co., Ltd.
